Ramonde holds both an Associates and Bachelors of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and a Masters of Arts in Law Enforcement Management and Administration.
He has been elected and re-elected to the Calumet City Council for three consecutive terms and serves as Public Safety Chairperson.
